Wesley Lapointe (b. 1997) is a freelance photographer based in Baltimore, Maryland. Growing up in rural Maine, his love for community and nature sparked an early interest in photography. The same passions fuel his work 15 years later, as he pursues stories at the intersection of history, community and environment. Wesley interned at The L.A. Times in 2022,  The Statesman Journal in 2021, and Willamette Week in 2019. You can see more of his editorial work in outlets including The New York Times, The Washington Post, NPR, Vice, Portland Monthly, Condé Nast, and Ms. Magazine.
